New Coordinated Collection at The Studio

Happy April!  I hope Spring is happening around you and you are experiencing all the delights of the outdoors.  Here in Australia it is Autumn but in the tropics, we are just starting to notice a tiny change in the temperature.  It's just a couple of degrees cooler and the nights especially are more pleasant.

So what does Spring mean for us as scrapbookers?  Well, I'd have to say that the pages I'm seeing are full of bright, happy colors and the photos express an exuberance that speaks of joy and outdoor activity.

At The Studio, April means it's seasonal coordinated collection (CC) time and of course this one is for Spring.  It is called "Rainbow Bright" and I chose to call my contribution "Sweet Sensations". It is filled with sweets - as in 'candy' or 'lollies', if you prefer.  It's for all of us who have a sweet tooth, and great for scrapbooking party or celebration photos.
Until April 28, each pack will be just $1.00.  After that they will revert to regular prices.
During this product release period all six of mine are also bundled and priced at $6.00.

Good morning - (good evening) - whichever fits.  LOL  It is Tuesday morning in Australia.  I've been back from my vacation for a week now and I'm starting to feel as if I'm back in the groove.
So much has been happening and I need to do a catch up to keep you, my readers, in the loop.

The BIG NEWS from the Studio is that at the end of last week the brand new COMMUNITY was unveiled - new Forum and new Gallery.  It is fantastic!  Some things are a little different and will take a bit of getting used to but once you are settled in, you will LOVE it.  I urge you to take some time to explore!  Exciting new challenges have been posted.  Why not participate in at least one this month?

NEW YEAR NEWS!!

Welcome back!  Welcome to 2016 (a little late, I know, given that we are almost at the end of January.)  It's been a little bit of a roller-coaster month and I had visions of this post being written much earlier in the month.  Just to keep you in the loop, here's a little insight into the past few weeks.

I have two stores (well, three really, one is due to be reborn - hopefully in the next month.) The Studio has had some major 'trauma' over the last little while, with malfunctions and down time. There have been a bunch of reasons for this, but slowly and surely and with a great deal of help from a couple of people new on the scene with extraordinary expertise, the shop is now back and better than it was!  YAY!!  New software will roll out shortly giving us a new forum and gallery as well...how good will that be!  They say that all good things come to those who wait - and waited we have.  Patience pays off.  With less activity around the Studio site, there has been more time for designing, so you will see some new stuff arriving shortly.

My second shop, Daisies and Dimples, has had major host problems and sadly has been forced to close.  This was a beautiful little shop and I loved being there, so I am very disappointed to have to say Goodbye to D&D.  

How about some good news?  The seasonal Co-ordinated Collection that we have at the Studio was due to be released when the shop went 'down'.  That was quite a blow in itself, but now, the Winter collection is HERE.  "Winter's Frost" is a winter themed collection and all parts from all participating designers will fit together to give you the best of what you choose.  Each pack is just $1.00 which is a huge saving on the regular price, and if you like, you can purchase a designer's bundle at that same huge saving.  It couldn't be better!  The Collection will be on sale for two weeks, then normal pricing will apply.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

2016 is here!  I am already working on new products and gearing up for some fun times in 2016.

I think most of all, I am looking forward to a little vacation time come mid-February.  I didn't take a vacation last year, so this one is looking very welcome.  It will be wonderful to have some down time, catch up with some friends and take a short rail trip through the centre of Australia.  Sounds pretty good to me!

At this point, I'd like to thank everyone who has followed my blog, taken part in special sales and offers, and especially those who left beautiful comments after downloading the Christmas Carol Blog Hop.  The Blog Hop has now finished and the link is 'dead'.  LOL  My Christmas Carol - "Infant Holy, Infant Lowly" - will be going into my store. 

The Studio Advent Calendar contributions will also be available in designers stores, so if you missed something there, that's where you will be able to find them.

Did I mention NEW PRODUCTS??
Well, yes,  something new is due for release towards the end of this week.  Can't tell you more - but it's going to be well worth purchasing while it's priced soooo low.  (Keep your eyes open for this!)

Then in a few more days after that, another BIGGIE!  (Mum's the word - but it's going to be awesome!)  Another one to be on the lookout for.

And in between, I am hoping that I have a little time to spare to release some new Commercial Use.

I'm feeling exhausted right now, just thinking of all that I have on my plate...LOL...so I'd better get to work instead of just talking about it.  (wink)
